We do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 5:00 PM Monday to Friday will be posted the same day.


Shipping costs are completely free!

At the moment we only deliver to the Netherlands and Belgium, this is due to the high demand we have during the high season. Do you want to place an order in another country or outside Europe?* Send an email to info@qnuss.com.

*We do charge shipping costs for orders to countries outside NL and BE.


Delivery time

Are you placing an order on Monday to Friday before 5:00 PM? Then your package will be delivered the next day! Super fast, right?! If you ordered before 2:00 PM on a Saturday or Sunday, we will ship your order the same day. You can usually expect your order to be delivered on Monday or Tuesday. Unfortunately, this only applies to orders within the Netherlands. When you order from abroad, delivery times are logically slightly longer.


Do you want to return something from your order?

That is of course no problem! At Qnuss you have 30 days to return your order. The 30 days start on the day after you receive your order, this also applies if someone else has received it for you or if the package has been delivered to a collection location. You can easily register your return by following these steps:

  • Send an e-mail to info@qnuss.com and let us know which items you want to return
  • You will receive an email from us as soon as possible with the link to the returns portal
  • Fill in the details and print the shipping label
  • Pack the return package as best as possible (see return conditions)
  • You then take the package to a PostNL parcel point near you

Important!

All carriers are currently very busy, so make sure you send your return on time so that it is received by us within the 30-day return period.


Return conditions:

It is important that the items are in their original condition.

We do not accept returns if:
  • The Qnuss contains signs of use.
  • An attempt has been made to repair an item yourself.
  • The items smell of smoke, food or perfume.
  • We receive your return shipment too late. A return shipment is overdue if it is received by us outside 30 days.


What are the return costs?

The return costs are for your own account and unfortunately we cannot reimburse you. Returns are made via PostNL and the cost of sending a package is €4.95 in the Netherlands and €7.95 in Belgium. In other countries the personal contribution is logically slightly higher.


Some other important information about a return:

  • You are always responsible for a return shipment. Always keep the track and trace code of your return package until you have received confirmation from us that your return has arrived in good order at our warehouse.
  • If the track and trace indicates that we have received your return shipment, it may take up to 3 working days before you receive the confirmation email from us.
  • After you have received confirmation from us, our administration will process your return within 7 working days and the money will be refunded to your account number.
  • Please note: If the product is damaged or has clearly been used more than just to try it out, we can recover the reduced value from you. Handle the Qnuss with care and pack it well before returning it.
