We do our best to send your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed Monday through Friday before 8:00 PM are posted the same day.
The shipping costs are completely free!
At the moment, we only deliver in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Austria, and Sweden. Do you want to place an order in another country or outside Europe? Then email info@qnuss.com.
Delivery time
Do you place an order Monday through Friday before 8:00 PM? Then your package will be delivered the next day! Super fast, right?! If you order on a Saturday or Sunday before 2:00 PM, we will ship your order the same day. Usually, you can expect your order at home on Monday or Tuesday. Unfortunately, this only applies to orders within the Netherlands. When ordering from abroad, delivery times are logically a bit longer.
Do you want to return something from your order?
That is of course no problem! At Qnuss, you have 30 days to return your order. The 30 days start the day after you have received your order, this also applies if someone else received it for you or if the package was delivered to a pickup location. You can easily register your return by following these steps:
- Send an email to info@qnuss.com and let us know which items you want to return.
- Pack the items you are returning in the original box.
- Pack the product boxes in an outer box.
- Stick the purchased return label on the outer box.
- Send the track & trace to info@qnuss.com
- Track your return shipment via your track & trace to make sure we have received it.
Important!
It is currently very busy with all carriers, so make sure you send your return shipment on time so that it is received by us within the 30-day return period.
Return conditions:
It is important that the items are in their original condition.
We do not accept returns if:
- The Qnuss shows signs of use.
- An attempt has been made to repair an item yourself.
- The items smell of smoke, food, or perfume.
- Your return shipment is received late by us. A return shipment is late when it is received by us outside the 30-day return period.
What are the return costs?
Return costs are at your own expense and unfortunately we cannot reimburse them for you.
Some other important information about a return shipment:
- You are always responsible for a return shipment yourself. Always keep the track and trace code of your return package until you have received confirmation from us that your return has arrived safely in our warehouse.
- If the track and trace indicates that we have received your return shipment, it may still take up to 3 working days before you receive the confirmation email from us.
- After you have received a confirmation from us, our administration will process your return shipment within 7 working days at the latest, and the money will be refunded to your account number.
- Note: If the product is damaged or clearly used more than just for trying out, we can charge you for the reduced value. Handle the Qnuss with care and pack it properly again for returning.
