IS INFRARED TECHNOLOGY SAFE?

All Qnuss heating products are 100% safe to use. Because we believe safety is important, all our products are equipped with overheating protection. This prevents excessively high temperatures.

Qnuss products have been tested and safe to use. Nevertheless, we do not recommend using our products for (vulnerable) people who are hypersensitive to heat. If in doubt, we advise you to contact a medical specialist.

ARE THERE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN THE PRODUCTS?

Yes, Qnuss heating products all have the same infrared technology, but the surface it heats differs. 

If you want to enjoy a long time outside in the garden, on the balcony or on the terrace, the Qlassic is ideal. With the Qlassic, the infrared technology is located in the seat on the surface, so that the heat is immediately noticeable. In addition, the fabric is made of special outdoor material, so they can withstand a drop.

Another favorite is the velvety soft Qomfy. The Qomfy fits perfectly with any interior and warms your (lower) back. You can also snuggle up to it. The stylish velvet fabric is wonderfully soft and comfortable, hence the name Qomfy.

Would you prefer heated buttocks and back? Then choose the Qleed. This teddy blanket with sheepskin look warms both parts of your body, giving you an overall feeling of warmth. Place the Qleed comfortably on your (office) chair and let yourself be warmed!

WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENCES OF THE MATERIAL?

The Qlassic is made of a special outdoor fabric, which makes it water-repellent and also resistant to sunlight.

The Qomfy has a stylish soft velvet fabric and the Qleed is made of a comfortable teddy fabric, which reminds us of a (Texel) sheep.

Ease of use

MAKE QNUSS READY FOR USE IN 5 STEPS

In 5 simple steps your Qnuss is ready for use!

1. Charge the power bank with the supplied USB cable. When all 4 lights are on, the power bank is fully charged. 

2. Place the power bank behind the zipper in the compartment made for this purpose. There is a cable in it. Connect the USB of the cable to the power bank. If all goes well, the lights will light up and the power bank is ready for use. If this is not yet the case, read step 3.

3. Click on the power bank on the side by pressing and holding the button for a few seconds until the lights come on.

4. Zip the cover closed again. Press and hold the Q button for a few seconds and choose your desired heat setting. You do this by pressing the Q button again. Green = low, blue/orange = medium and red = high.

5. All you have to do is relax. Enjoy!!

If you want to turn off your Qnuss, press and hold Q for a few seconds. You can then disconnect the power bank and charge it if necessary.

HOW DO I CHARGE MY QNUSS?Collapsible row

You can easily charge the Qnuss power bank with the supplied cable with USB connection and adapter.

Qnuss strives for sustainability and therefore has a universal charging system. Charge your Qnuss power bank where and when you want!

For example, at the office in the coffee corner or when you are on the road in the car. That is also beneficial for your energy bill!

HOW LONG CAN I USE MY QNUSS WITHOUT CHARGING?

The heating time depends on which heat setting you choose. The ambient temperature and the condition of your power bank can also play a role. View this page for more information.

This is an overview of the heating time. As you can see, the product lasts the longest on the lowest setting.

HELP, MY QNUSS IS NOT WORKING

The problem can usually be solved quickly. Check whether your Qnuss works again after the following steps.

1. Check whether the power bank is charged and connected to the heating element. Normally it takes about 4-5 hours for the power bank to be fully charged.

2. Make sure that the power bank is not too close to the heater while charging. The ambient temperature may be too high during charging, which may cause charging to take longer.

3. Do not interrupt charging and wait until the power bank is fully charged. If one light shines, you still have 0-25% battery, with two lights it is 25-50%, with three lights it is 50-75%. and with four lights 75-100%

4. Press and hold the on/off button for a few seconds until the lights disappear. After the lights disappear, wait 1 minute and reconnect the power bank with the USB in the cushion.

If you have tried all the steps, your Qnuss should work again. If this is not the case, please contact us. We will ensure that your problem is resolved as quickly as possible!

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE THERE?

We like to make it as easy as possible for you to complete an order with us. You can pay with different payment methods at Qnuss. You can choose from, among other things:

iDEAL, Paypal, Klarna, Bancontact, Visa, Mastercard and Maestro.

CAN I STILL CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, once you have completed your order you cannot change it anymore. Your order will be processed immediately and transferred to the carrier. It is therefore unfortunately no longer possible to cancel the order.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?

Quickly order a warm pillow on Friday afternoon for the holiday Saturday. Hurry, hurry, hurry! If you place your order before 5:00 PM Monday to Friday, we will ship it the same day. Your package will then be delivered the next day. Super fast, right?! If you ordered before 2:00 PM on a Saturday or Sunday, we will ship your order the same day. You can usually expect your order to be delivered on Monday or Tuesday. Unfortunately, this only applies to orders within the Netherlands. When you order from abroad, delivery times are logically slightly longer.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

Shipping is free!

At the moment we only deliver to the Netherlands and Belgium, this is due to the high demand we have during the high season. Do you want to place an order in another country or outside Europe?* Send an email to info@qnuss.com.

We do charge shipping costs for orders to countries outside NL and BE.

WILL SOLD OUT ITEMS STILL BE BACK IN STOCK?

How annoying that the Qnuss you want is currently out of stock. We do our best to produce sold out items as quickly as possible. We recommend that you sign up for the 'restock alert' next to the relevant item on the page. When the item has been replenished, you will automatically receive an email from us! Of course you can always email us.

WHAT HAPPENS TO MY PACKAGE IF I AM NOT AT HOME?

Not at home? No problem. As soon as the delivery person arrives at your door, you will receive a notification. This can be done by means of a note in the mailbox or by e-mail.

The delivery service will let you know where your order is and will choose from one of the options below: 

  • The package has been delivered to the neighbors 
  • The package is taken to a service point 
  • A delivery attempt will be made again the next day  

Is it not clear to you when your package will be delivered? Then you can of course contactour customer service.

Returns

HOW CAN I RETURN SOMETHING?

That is of course no problem! At Qnuss you have 30 days to return your order. The 30 days start on the day after you receive your order, this also applies if someone else has received it for you or if the package has been delivered to a collection location. You can easily register your return by following these steps:

  • Send an email to info@qnuss.com and let us know which items you want to return
  • You will receive an email from us as soon as possible with the link to the returns portal
  • Fill in the details and print the shipping label
  • Pack the return package as best as possible (see return conditions)
  • You then take the package to a PostNL parcel point near you

All carriers are currently very busy, so make sure you send your return on time so that it is received by us within the 30-day return period.

The return costs are for your own account and unfortunately we cannot reimburse you. Returns are made via PostNL and the cost of sending a package is €4.95. The return costs outside the Netherlands are slightly higher!

Returns will be processed within 7 working days of arrival. The money will be refunded or adjusted to the payment method you used within 7 days of receipt.

If it appears that your return shipment arrived with us more than 7 working days ago, we ask you to contact our customer service immediately. This can be done by email to info@qnuss.com. We would like to receive the proof of shipment of the return and your order number in the email. 

WHAT ARE THE RETURN CONDITIONS?

We will transfer the money within 7 days of receiving the returned product.

If the product is damaged or has clearly been used more than just to try it out, we can recover the reduced value from you. Handle the Qnuss with care and pack it well before returning it.

CAN I COMBINE MULTIPLE ORDERS INTO ONE RETURN?

Yes, that is possible, if you have indicated that you want to return multiple items. Please return the items in the original packaging.

HOW DOES MY REFUND WORK?

You will receive your purchase amount back in the same way as payment.

Returns will be processed within 7 working days of arrival. The money will be refunded to your account within 7 working days of receipt. Unfortunately, it is administratively impossible for us to inform everyone when we have received their return shipment, but you can also check this yourself via the track & trace code you received.

If it has been more than 7 working days since the package arrived to us, please email our customer service info@qnuss.com with a photo of the return shipping receipt and the order number. 

CAN I EXCHANGE MY QNUSS?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange items for a different size or item. 

If you would like to receive a different size or item, we recommend that you return your purchase. If your return meets the return conditions, we will refund the purchase amount. You can place a new order for the item you want to receive.

CAN SALE ITEMS BE RETURNED?

Yes, if sale items meet our return conditions, you can return them. Sale items must be returned within 14 days. As soon as we have received and processed your return, we will refund the purchase amount via the payment method you used.

MY PURCHASE WAS DELIVERED INCORRECT, DAMAGED OR INCOMPLETE. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We find it very annoying that you have a complaint about an item supplied by us. Always first send an email with a photo of the complaint to our customer service at info@qnuss.com before returning an item. Do not forget to mention the order number. We will try to resolve your complaint for you as quickly as possible!
