IS INFRARED TECHNOLOGY SAFE?

All heating products from Qnuss are 100% safe to use. Because we value safety, all our products are equipped with overheating protection. This prevents excessively high temperatures.

Qnuss products have been tested and are safe to use. Nevertheless, we do not recommend using our products for (vulnerable) people who are hypersensitive to heat. If in doubt, we advise contacting a medical specialist.

ARE THERE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN THE PRODUCTS?

All Qnuss heat products use the same infrared technology. The difference mainly lies in the heated surface and the moment of use.

• Heat pads and heart-shaped pads provide targeted warmth for areas such as the back, stomach, or relaxation on the couch

• Qleed (heated blankets) warm a larger surface area such as the back and seat

• Qruik (hot water bottles) provide warmth on both sides for use in bed or on the couch

• Seat cushions are suitable for indoor and outdoor use and provide direct, intensive heat

Ease of use

MAKE QNUSS READY TO USE IN 4 STEPS

Your Qnuss is ready to use in 5 simple steps:

  1. Charge the power bank with the included USB cable. When all 4 lights are on, the power bank is fully charged.
  2. Open the zipper and place the power bank in the designated compartment. There is a cable in this compartment. First, connect the cables with the round input and output to each other.
  3. Then connect the cable with the angled end to the top of the power bank.
  4. Close the zipper and press and hold the Q button for a few seconds to turn on the product. Note: for the heated blanket, the buttons are on either side of the 'Q'. Press again to select the heat setting.

To turn off, press and hold the button for a few seconds. Then you can disconnect the power bank and recharge it if needed.

HOW DO I CHARGE MY QNUSS?

You charge the Qnuss power bank with the included cable and adapter.

Insert the cable into the side of the power bank. The other end goes into the adapter, which you then plug directly into the power outlet.

The power bank is typically fully charged within 5 to 6 hours.

Qnuss uses a universal charging system, so you can easily charge the power bank anywhere.

HOW LONG CAN I USE MY QNUSS WITHOUT RECHARGING?

The heating duration depends on the selected heat setting. The ambient temperature and the condition of the power bank also play a role.

The exact heating times vary by product category. You can find a clear overview in the manual, which indicates how long each product and heat setting lasts.

HELP, MY POWER BANK IS NOT WORKING

Often the problem can be resolved quickly. Check if your Qnuss works again after the following steps:

  1. Check if the power bank is sufficiently charged and properly connected to your Qnuss. Make sure the cable with the angled connector is correctly inserted into the power bank. A full charge typically takes 5 to 6 hours.
  2. Charge the power bank at room temperature and not too close to a heat source. A too warm environment can slow down charging.
  3. Let the power bank charge fully without interruption.

    1 light = 0 to 25%
    2 lights = 25 to 50%
    3 lights = 50 to 75%
    4 lights = 75 to 100%
  4. Turn on the power bank by pressing the button. Once the lights are on, connect it again to your Qnuss.

Does your power bank still not work afterward? Or does charging take longer than usual? Then try charging the power bank with a certified cable and adapter, for example from a smartphone. This way we can rule out where the problem lies (in the cable, adapter, or power bank).

If this does not solve the problem, please contact us at support@qnuss.com. Please include your order number. We will ensure this is resolved as quickly as possible.

HELP, MY QNUSS IS NOT WORKING

Is your Qnuss not working as it should? Then first try the steps below.

  1. Open the zipper and disconnect all the cables inside. Then reconnect them firmly.
  2. Check if the correct cable is connected to the power bank: this is the cable with the angled end.
  3. Connect the power bank and hold the button on the Qnuss product for a few seconds until the lights appear.

Is your Qnuss still not working afterwards? Then send a short video to support@qnuss.com showing how everything is connected and, if applicable, the defective part. Please include your order number. This way we can check if everything is connected correctly and determine if there is a defect.

Our support team is happy to assist you and will ensure the problem is resolved as quickly as possible.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?

We want to make it as easy as possible for you to complete an order with us. At Qnuss, you can pay using various payment methods. You can choose from, among others,

iDEAL, Paypal, Klarna, Bancontact, Visa, Mastercard, and Maestro.

CAN I STILL CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Once you have completed your order, unfortunately, you can no longer make any changes. Your order will be processed immediately and handed over to the carrier. Therefore, it is no longer possible to cancel the order.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?

If you place your order from Monday to Friday before 8:00 PM, we will ship it the same day. If you order on a Saturday or Sunday before 2:00 PM, we will also ship your order the same day. Usually, you can expect your order to arrive on Monday or Tuesday. This only applies to orders within the Netherlands. When ordering from abroad, delivery times are naturally a bit longer.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

WILL SOLD-OUT ITEMS BE BACK IN STOCK?

Sorry that your desired Qnuss is currently out of stock. This varies per product, as some items are restocked faster than others.

We recommend signing up on the product page for the sold-out item. You will then automatically receive an email as soon as the product is back in stock.

If you have questions about the expected delivery time, you can always email us.

WHAT HAPPENS TO MY PACKAGE IF I AM NOT HOME?

Not at home? No problem. As soon as the delivery person is at your door, you will receive a notification. This can be through a note in your mailbox or by email.

The delivery service will inform you where your order is and will choose one of the following options:

  • The package has been delivered to the neighbors
  • The package is taken to a service point
  • Another delivery attempt will be made the next day

Returns

HOW CAN I RETURN SOMETHING?

Do you want to return something from your order?

That is of course no problem at all! At Qnuss, you have 30 days to return your order. The 30 days start the day after you have received your order, this also applies if someone else received it on your behalf or if the package was delivered to a pickup location. You can easily register your return by following these steps:

  • Send an email to support@qnuss.com and let us know which items you want to return and include your order number.
  • Purchase a shipping label from a carrier of your choice. Note: shipments to a parcel point will not be processed.
  • Include the order number with the return shipment.
  • Pack the items you are returning in the original box.
  • Pack the product boxes in an outer box.
  • Attach the purchased return label to the outer box.
  • Track your return shipment via your track & trace to ensure we have received it.

Important!
It is currently very busy with all carriers, so make sure you send your return shipment on time so that we receive it within the 30-day return period.

WHAT ARE THE RETURN CONDITIONS?

It is important that the items are in their original condition.

We do not accept returns if:
  • The Qnuss shows signs of use.
  • There has been an attempt to repair the item yourself.
  • The items smell of smoke, food, or perfume.
  • There are (animal) hairs or stains on them.
  • Your return shipment is received by us too late. A return shipment is considered late if it is received by us after 30 days.

Return shipping costs are your own responsibility and unfortunately cannot be reimbursed by us.

Some other important information about a return shipment:

  • You are always responsible for the return shipment yourself.
  • After receiving the return, our administration will process your return within 14 working days at the latest, and the money will be refunded via the original payment method.
  • Note: If the product is damaged or clearly used more than just for trying out, we may charge you for the reduced value. Therefore, handle the Qnuss with care and pack it properly for the return.
CAN I COMBINE MULTIPLE ORDERS INTO ONE RETURN?

Yes, that is possible if you have indicated that you want to return multiple items. Send the items back in the original packaging and in an outer box, see return conditions.

HOW DOES MY REFUND WORK?

You will receive your refund via the same payment method you used to pay.

Returns are processed within a maximum of 14 working days after they arrive with us. After that, the amount will be refunded.

Unfortunately, it is not administratively possible for us to inform everyone individually when a return has been received. You can track the delivery of your return yourself via your track & trace.

Has it been more than 14 working days since your return arrived with us? Then email support@qnuss.com with your order number and a photo of the shipping receipt. We will then look into it for you immediately.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY QNUSS?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange items for a different size or a different item.

If you would still like to receive a different size or item, we recommend that you return your purchase. When your return meets the return conditions, we will proceed with refunding the purchase amount. You can place a new order yourself for the item you want to receive.

CAN MOGEN SALE ITEMS BE RETURNED?

Yes, when sale items meet our return conditions, you may return them. Sale items must be returned within 14 days. As soon as we have received and processed your return, we will proceed with refunding the purchase amount via the payment method you used.

MY PURCHASE WAS DELIVERED INCORRECTLY, DAMAGED, OR INCOMPLETE. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We are very sorry if you have a complaint about a Qnuss product, and we are happy to assist you as quickly as possible.

First, check the steps in our FAQ for any defects. In many cases, this will immediately resolve the issue.

If this does not help or if there is another defect, please email us first at support@qnuss.com with your order number and a clear photo or short video of the problem. This way, we can identify the defect and offer an appropriate solution.

Do not return products yourself without first contacting us and without the defect being confirmed by us. If a return is sent without prior consultation, unfortunately, we cannot reimburse the return costs.
