The Qleed is made of a durable polyester blend that retains heat and remains beautiful for a long time. You can easily wash it at a low temperature or by hand, and then let it air dry.

How long does a heat pad stay warm?

The heating pad stays warm until 11 o'clock, depending on the selected heat setting and the ambient temperature.
How do I charge the heating pad?

You can easily charge the heating pad using the included USB-C cable. It takes about 4 to 5 hours to fully charge.
Can I also use the pillow outside?

Yes, the heat pads are suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. Just make sure the pad remains protected against moisture and extreme temperatures.
How do I set the temperature?

You can adjust the temperature by pressing the Q button. The pillow has three settings: green (low), orange (medium), and red (high).
