Material and maintenance

De vulling is gemaakt van gerecycled polyester voor duurzaam comfort.
De hoes is afneembaar en wasbaar op lage temperatuur (bij voorkeur in een waszakje). Laat drogen aan de lucht.

Let op: het binnen-kussen is niet wasbaar.

How long does a heat pad stay warm?

The heating pad stays warm for up to 8 hours, depending on the selected heat setting and the ambient temperature.
How do I charge the heating pad?

You can easily charge the heating pad using the included USB-C cable. It takes about 4 to 5 hours to fully charge.
Can I also use the pillow outside?

Yes, the heat pads are suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. Just make sure the pad remains protected against moisture and extreme temperatures.
How do I set the temperature?

You can adjust the temperature by pressing the Q button. The pillow has three settings: green (low), orange (medium), and red (high).
