About the product

The Qord is a wireless heat pad with a soft corduroy (rib-velvet) fabric. The retro design combined with the three heat settings provides a stylish vintage look and a comfortable heat source in the home.
Material and maintenance

The Qord is made of corduroy, a soft ribbed fabric that adds a touch of retro style to your interior. This corduroy fabric, made from recycled polyester fibers, combines a vintage look with practical properties. To keep your Qord in optimal condition, we recommend hand washing the cushion cover or using a gentle cycle in the washing machine at a maximum of 30 degrees Celsius. Preferably use a laundry bag and turn the cover inside out to protect the fabric.

Note: the inner cushion is not suitable for washing.

How long does a heat pad stay warm?

The heating pad stays warm until 11 o'clock, depending on the selected heat setting and the ambient temperature.
How do I charge the heating pad?

You can easily charge the heating pad using the included USB-C cable. It takes about 4 to 5 hours to fully charge.
Can I also use the pillow outside?

Yes, the heat pads are suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. Just make sure the pad remains protected against moisture and extreme temperatures.
How do I set the temperature?

You can adjust the temperature by pressing the Q button. The pillow has three settings: green (low), orange (medium), and red (high).
