Reported the defective blanket (the on/off button no longer worked) to customer service. They sent several requests by email asking me to check and test various things and send photos/videos. Ultimately, the conclusion was that it was genuinely broken and not caused by the batteries. I was immediately sent a new blanket, including a more powerful power bank and charging cable and plug. It’s ready for next winter. So I’m very satisfied.
Unfortunately, my heating pad stopped getting warm after only a short time. I contacted Qnuss customer service, and they gave me a few tips to check where the problem might be. They quickly determined that the pad was defective and sent me a brand-new one that same week. Such a fast solution is truly remarkable, and it was genuinely a warm experience!
