The Qord has a soft corduroy cover with a retro look. The material feels comfortable and gives the cushion a stylish, vintage appearance. Wireless and soft, with three adjustable heat settings, it always offers you exactly the warmth you need.

The filling is made of recycled polyester for sustainable comfort.

The cover is removable and washable at low temperature (preferably in a laundry bag). Air dry.

Note: the inner cushion is not washable.

How long does a heat pad stay warm?

The heating pad stays warm until 11 o'clock, depending on the selected heat setting and the ambient temperature.
How do I charge the heating pad?

You can easily charge the heating pad using the included USB-C cable. It takes about 4 to 5 hours to fully charge.
Can I also use the pillow outside?

Yes, the heat pads are suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. Just make sure the pad remains protected against moisture and extreme temperatures.
How do I set the temperature?

You can adjust the temperature by pressing the Q button. The pillow has three settings: green (low), orange (medium), and red (high).
