About the product

At Qnuss, safety always comes first. Our products are not connected directly to mains power; instead, they use Qnuss power banks that are charged separately. Both the power bank and the product itself have built-in overheating protection, so you can always enjoy warmth safely and comfortably.

The Quddle is Qnuss’s heart-shaped heated cushion. Its gentle infrared warmth feels cozy and comfortable right away - ideal as a gift or simply to enjoy yourself.

Whether it’s for your partner, family, or someone you love, the Quddle is always a way to give warmth and a little extra love.
Materials and care

Both the cover and the filling are made from recycled polyester and are certified by the Global Recycled Standard (GRS). This lets you enjoy sustainable comfort without compromising on softness or quality.

The cover is removable and washable at a low temperature, preferably in a laundry bag. Then leave it to air dry.

Please note: the inner cushion is not washable.

How long does a heating pad stay warm?

The heating pad stays warm for up to 11 hours, depending on the selected heat setting and the ambient temperature.
How do I charge the heating pad?

You can easily charge the heating pad using the included USB-C cable. It takes about 4 to 5 hours to fully charge.
Can I also use the cushion outdoors?

Yes, the heating pads are suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. Just make sure the pad stays protected from moisture and extreme temperatures.
How do I set the temperature?

You can adjust the temperature by pressing the Q button. The cushion has three settings: green (low), orange (medium), and red (high).
