Reported defective blanket (on/off button no longer worked) to customer service. Received several email requests to check/test things and send photos/videos. Ultimately, the conclusion was: it is really broken and not due to the batteries. I was immediately sent a new blanket, including a heavier power bank and charging cable + plug. It’s ready for next winter. Very satisfied indeed.
Unfortunately, my heating pad stopped warming up quickly. I contacted Qnuss customer service about this, and they gave me a few tips to check where the problem might be. They quickly determined that the pad was defective and sent me a brand new one that same week. A very special, fast solution, and it was truly a warm experience!
