2-year guaranteed quality & support At Qnuss, we strive for top performance in every product that bears our name. That’s why we proudly guarantee that all our products are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a full period of two years from the date of purchase.
Should a defect occur during this period, we will ensure that every part is expertly repaired or replaced. This warranty is available exclusively to the original purchaser who bought a brand-new product from Qnuss or one of our authorized resellers. Please note that Qnuss is not liable for claims beyond this warranty period, or for any other form of damage, including claims relating to design defects, incorrect or misleading advice, accidental damage, consequential damage, or injury to third parties.
It goes without saying that this warranty does not apply in cases of accidents, neglect, misuse, unauthorized modifications or repairs, or when the product has been handled in a way that deviates from Qnuss’s maintenance and service instructions. We also do not cover consumables such as fabrics, which are covered by our manufacturers’ warranty for one year from the original date of purchase.
